The Asian Articles:
The Asian Articles was founded in July 2020 by Evie Fitzpatrick. She had always been interested in activism and making a change in the world; she wanted to try something new and create her own initiative. As a Chinese-American, Evie noticed how Asians and Asian Americans were rarely mentioned and represented in mainstream media. That is when the idea of The Asian Articles came. She wanted to create a community where Asian youth could be empowered and celebrated. She wanted to give them a platform where they could speak on the issues they were passionate about.
GIYLS – Global Innovation and Youth Leaders Summit
Our purpose is to motivate individuals to take control of their lives and promote global social change through an entrepreneurial lens. We start at the local levels by providing youth, especially disadvantaged youth, a platform for community-based collaboration, access to resources, and idea development.
